I know it is only August,  but you need to start thinking about christmas early.  The earlier you plan the easier the whole christmas shopping experience will be.  I suggest setting up a passworded spreadsheet online with everyone you need to buy presents for like Husband or Wife boyfriend or girlfriend, brother, sister, gran and grandad uncle and aunt, presents for him presents for her, presents for your best friend presents for your baby the list is endless hence why i think it is best to get started early.
